1. What is Klyrova.shop?
Klyrova.shop is an online store based in  Rajkot , India, offering trending and practical products across categories like home décor, gadgets, electronics, fitness, toys, and personal care — all at fair prices.


2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Metro cities may receive them sooner, while remote locations may take up to 7–8 days.


3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below that amount, a small ₹49 shipping fee applies.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.


5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.


6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


8. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available only if you receive the wrong or damaged item, or if a size issue applies to eligible products. Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.


9. Is Cash on Delivery available for my location?
COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. Some remote or high-risk areas may not have COD service.
